One 、 Voice module

First, let's briefly talk about the voice module , In fact, there is no special research on this , At the beginning, I also searched on the Internet Voice module found some , Then I checked some relevant information , I asked the manufacturer and the customer got the basic information , Just take it directly and use it for testing .

I drew it myself PCB The tested voice module is also 2 Kind of , My product does not need a professional voice chip , So I haven't touched any high-end products .

With these voice modules, you can find the manufacturer to recommend the schematic diagram , And then build according to the chip data Control circuit and Power amplifier circuit .
Control circuit : The common one is MCU Serial port communicates with voice module , Or some simple applications directly use a few IO mouth , Voice modules generally have several control pins provided by themselves .
Power amplifier circuit : According to their own needs , Connected to operational amplifiers of different powers , To be able to support the impassable horn .

1.1 YX6300-24SS

The product needs a power amplifier , So finally, we have to choose a suitable power amplifier , Although it's above YX6300-24SS The chip has built-in power amplifier , But in fact, the manufacturers suggest that they connect a suitable power amplifier .

There are also recommended chips in the manual , Here I have used 2 Medium power amplifier , One is SC8022, One is TPA3110.

3.1 SC8002

3.2 TPA3110

because SC8002 Sound problems , I then looked for other solutions , In fact, I finally consulted the technology of the chip manufacturer , They recommended TPA3110 This audio power amplifier chip .

So I looked for some information , Turned out to be TI Chip .TI Chip , The price is really not cheap , But in terms of performance , It must be guaranteed , In fact, I felt good after checking :

The final test result , Quite satisfactory , Use SC8002 At most, it can only normally support 3W My horn , This can be supported up to 15W 了 , Of course, actually I don't need to use that big .

Conclusion

The circuit in this paper is only used as its own actual project record , Because the intermediate process was also tangled for some time because of the sound problem , But the final result is good .
