光藕继电器

光继电器为交直流并用的半导体继电器,是一种发光器件和受光器件一体化的器件。输入侧和输出侧电气性绝缘,但信号可以通过光信号传输。光继电器具有无机械触点、长寿命、低动作电流、高隔离电压、高速切换、低泄漏电流的优点,主要应用于量测设备、通信设备、保全设备、医疗设备等。
光继电器的实现有多种,但是原理不尽相同,基本都是以光敏或其他感光材料的半导体特性进行电流和电压的输送,以达到开关通断的作用和功能。进而间接实现继电器的功能和作用。
光继电器对于电压和电流的隔绝效果很好,所以常适用于有电源隔离需求的电路之中,其通断特性决定了其有一定的安全性和敏感度,但是由于各类光敏材料的反应会使得通断过程更加线性,使用它的时候就需要详细分析使用需求和适用范围了。
