1.首先在C:\Users\dell\AppData目录下面，的两个子目录中都会有JetBrains目录

2.找到idea.properties文件
3.粘贴好如下代码，修改保存路径，保存即可

# custom PyCharm properties
idea.config.path=D:/Program Files/.PyCharm/config
idea.system.path=D:/Program Files/.PyCharm/system
idea.plugins.path=D:/Program Files/.PyCharm/config/plugins
idea.log.path=D:/Program Files/.PyCharm/system/log

4.将下图第一个的PyCharam2020.1复制到，第二个图中

5.删除下图的JetBrains即可，重启pycharm软件，【如果c盘还是没有变化，可以重启电脑】
