About xampp unable to start MySQL database

The following error appears ：
Port 3306 in use by ""D:\Software\MYSQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin\mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="D:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini" MySQL57"!
The main point is that the port is occupied , So on the right side config choice my.ini Open and modify the lower port .
Registry does not need to be modified .
