win+R Open the run window , Input “regedit”, Press “ determine ” Or press enter to open the registry .

Find the command processor location according to the following path ：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Microsoft --> Command Processor, Choose Command Processor after , Right click in the blank area on the right –>“ newly build ” --> “ A string value ”, Select the new item , Rename it to “autorun”：

Checked items , Right click selection “ edit ”, Set numeric data to “chcp 65001”：
