【OBS】P B 丢帧阈值 buffer_duration_usec

B 是大于700毫秒
P 是大于900毫秒
obs每一秒都会丢弃视频的非关键帧。
但是这一秒么有视频的非关键帧就不用丢了。
GOP 通常不是1秒，
所以每秒都丢掉了P B 直到有视频关键帧再发。

buffer_duration_usec

	行  2415: [ LOG_FATAL] [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] will drop_frames: buffer_duration_usec: 733333
	行  3995: [ LOG_FATAL] [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'
