Assembly description

Vertical on the left 3 Holes are drilled , The diameter of 4.5mm
On the right side 2 Holes are threaded holes ,M4, Drilling diameter 3.3
Screws and nuts are M4

Left side 4.5mm drill hole , Through the M4 Screws do not interfere , but M4 When screws and nuts are assembled together , There will be interference .
On the right side 2 Threaded holes , install M4 Interference occurs when screwing

I left a mistake during assembly , Visual inspection is not easy to find , But similar errors can be easily detected by software .

You need to change the parameters , below “ Used in calculation ”, Change to precise
Otherwise, when the model is loaded with lightweight , All circles will become polygons , When a circle and a circle fit tightly , There will be interference .

Click OK to analyze the interference , The window will show result
In brackets “ hard ”, It means there is interference

Error correction

Double click the first interference result , Software will interfere 2 Parts are displayed separately , And display the position of interference , Show it with an orange line


Because the diameter of the threaded hole is 3.3, The outer diameter of the screw is 4, So there must be interference , And this is only determined by the part characteristics , So we can ignore it , Right click on the analysis result , Click ignore , So it will not be shown in the analysis results

After reassembling this screw , Right click again Gap set , Reanalyze

At this point, a new interference arises , double-click , It is found that the internal and external threads are responsible for this , Ignore

Right click the gap set again , Execution Analysis , You can see there is no “ hard ” 了 , It means that there is no interference between all assemblies , The interference check is over .
