This is my useless work .

2. Then I associate the problem of configuring environment variables , Double click this computer, then right-click the blank space and click properties , Then select advanced system settings , Then click Configure environment variables , Select Path, Then double click. , Create a new directory , Copy what you unzipped and downloaded node.exe In the path of , Then keep clicking OK OK 了 ( The detailed similar operation process is in mine Eclipse Look it up in the article )

3. And on again vs code Editor , Input... At the terminal npm i mysql -S, In this case, it should succeed , If this problem occurs :npm : Cannot be “npm” Item identified as cmdlet、 function 、 The name of the script file or runnable program . This question is related to node_modules of , You should check whether it is in the directory where you configure environment variables , If not, just move to that directory , And then it runs successfully .
