Enterprise manager cannot connect to the database instance in Oracle10g solution

Port changed to 1568, But still show 1521.

How to solve ：

1、 see dbconsole The state of

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>emctl status dbconsole Environment variable ORACLE_SID not defined. Please define it.

2、 Set the environment variable

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>set ORACLE_SID=XBOMS

3、 Reconfiguration em

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>emca   -config dbcontrol    db
