解决VSCode下载慢或下载失败的问题

下载步骤
首先是进入到vscode官网：https://code.visualstudio.com/Download
点击下载windows版本
出现问题
刚开始下载网速很慢，但是至少还能够下载，结果过了一会就直接失败了！！！
过了一会提示下载失败：
解决办法
大家先看效果，速度杠杠的！！！
点击我们下载的链接，具体操作如图所示：
修改其中的主机域名：az764295.vo.msecnd.net为 vscode.cdn.azure.cn，即
