Py6s configuration tutorial (win10 × 64）

brief introduction

Intended Engineering 6S Model , Batch processing data , First you need to configure 6S Model , The configuration process is as follows , This system is win10 pro X64, Version number 1909

install 6S

1.1 Download and install GnuWin32

Open the link above , find Make and Tar, Download and install , Add environment variables

1.2 install Fortran compiler

Click on Fort99 link , download Fort99 And extract the , Extract G77 Put the folder in C Under the plate , And add environment variables .

1.3 download 6S Source and compile

download 6SV1.1 Source code and decompress , find Makefile file , Open delete sixsV1.1 hinder -lm, preservation .

Enter... In this folder path cmd Open the command line , Input make Compile .
After successful compilation , Generate .o file , take sixsV1.1 Change the suffix to sixsV1.1.exe that will do .

As shown in the figure above, the compilation is completed , After compiling sixsV1.1 Add environment variables to the path of .

2. install Py6S

Command line input

pip install Py6S

You can install .
Test for successful installation , Enter... In the compiler

from Py6S import *
SixS.test()
