Oracle RAC cluster failed to start

RDBMS 11.2.0.4

node 1 Can't start , node 2 Start up normal .

node 1 The cluster status of is always like this

[[email protected] admin]$ crsctl check crs
CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online
CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
CRS-4534: Cannot communicate with Event Manager

But nodes 2 The cluster status of is normal . Restart the node 1 And nodes 2 , The problem remains. .

In closing the node 1 When the cluster , Prompt no cluster , Add parameters -f After forced, it can be closed .

opiino: Attach failed due to ORA-12649

 

CAUSE

sqlnet.ora changed in $TNS_ADMIN or $GRID_HOME/network/admin directory to add encryption, i.e. 

SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_TYPES_SERVER={3DES168}
SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_SERVER=REQUIRED

SOLUTION

Restore sqlnet.ora from backup and start ASM from sqlplus.
