1)ramdisk decompression
mv ramdisk.img ramdisk.img.gz
gunzip ramdisk.img.gz
cpio -i -F ramdisk.img
2)ramdisk Compress （ Unzip the ramdisk.img Delete ）
find .| cpio -ov -H newc | gzip> …/ramdisk.img
