有遇到用flink-cdc采集MySQL-RDS的时候，datetime类型的字段，采集过来后和源表差了13个小时吗，看了系统时间时区都没问题，用的是flink-cdc2.2
采纳答案1：
cdc时区设置为上海，然后用sql api就没问题了，datastream api还需要做时区转换（此答案整理自Flink CDC 社区）
