RL78 development environment

Environmental introduction

You can use CS+ for CACX or CS+ for CC to develop RL78 series.
Personally recommend to use CS+ for CC. Using CS+ for CACX will often cause unknown errors in compilation, and the experience is extremely poor

Differences

The usage is basically the same, but the compilation tools are different.It should be noted here that when using the PFDL library when operating the flash, use a different version of the PFDL library according to the tool chain, otherwise the compilation will prompt an illegal lib file "illegal pfdl.lib"

e2 studio

The RL78 series can also be developed on e2 studio, but it will fail to compile when using pfdl.lib
