铜铟硫CuInSe2量子点修饰DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)DNA-CuInSe2QDs(齐岳)
DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)扩环修饰的类型,主要有以下两种:
一类是内扩环修饰,主要是在碱基的嘧啶或是嘌呤之间插入苯环、萘环等。另外,杂化扩环修饰是一种内扩环修饰,是将杂环化合物与碱基的嘧啶或是嘌呤融合而成的;
二类是外扩环修饰,是从碱基的嘧啶或是嘌呤的外部引入一个芳香环到碱基中。
另一种修饰是将金属离子插入到两个碱基之间的金属化修饰。将过渡金属离子插入到DNA的两个碱基之间,能够改善DNA的导电性。迄今为止,DNA的金属化修饰用到的金属离子,主要有Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Ag2+、Mn2+、Fe3+等金属离子
