Data synchronization of new version

Updated 2.1.3 after , I tried to synchronize . I first generated the key in the setting , Then turn on synchronization . Mark the data in the data snapshot , Upload to the cloud . Then I will copy the generated key , Import to mobile terminal . But why do you keep reminding me that the key code is wrong . Two devices have been replaced , Rebuild the database several times . I misunderstood the synchronization of the new version ？ Or did it happen BUG.
