主要实现逻辑就是在vuex里面存一个变量，用来判断是详情还是列表页面
在点击详情的时候，把tab存进去
在onMounted加载的时候从vuex 里面取出来， 在setup 里面先存0，下面的判断就会走else
点击头部左按钮返回的时候给置为true
