Geoserver是运行在浏览器端的地图服务器，用来发布地图服务，支持WMS、WFS、WPS等OGC标准服务
下载
下载tomcat
下载geoserver
https://geoserver.org/release/stable/
解压
使用
将geoserver.war 放到tomcat/webapps下 然后在tomcat bin startup.bat
访问 账号 admin 密码 geoserver
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/web
