  3. npm run function 
vue create -p dcloudio/uni-preset-vue me56_wxpm

git clone https://github.com/dcloudio/uni-preset-vue.git
  1. Install from local location 
vue create -p  ./uni-preset-vue wxpm

cd wxpm
npm run serve
