1. hold cmd open , Run as administrator , Enter the following code

netstat -aon | findstr 2281

netstat -aon | findstr 2281（ Pay attention to the number part. This is your port number ）

2. Find out who occupied our port number

You can see PID by 14156 The process of takes up our 2281 Port number

3. Kill PID by 14156 The process of

taskkill -f -pid 14156

taskkill -f -pid 14156

4. Call it a day
