Oracle10g单实例数据库升级到哪个版本好，求建议

当前数据库用的是10g，单实例数据库
服务器是windows server 2019
数据文件大约400g
想升级到11g，
但领导说11g也快不支持了，考虑升级到更新一点的版本。
请各位大神推荐一下。
考虑升级方便，使用稳定。
其实我们用的都是oracle最基础的功能。

11g理论上也已经过保了，除非你购买Market-Driven Support，还是升级到19c吧。毕竟是个长久支持版。

既然抛开了11g，那么稳一点可以直接升级到12c单实例
新一点升19c单实例，这个就需要间接升级了，需要先升到11.2.0.4，再升级到19c
21c是最新版本，但是强制需要创建容器数据库了，你们只用基础功能，那就别整这个了

是重建数据库，然后导出导入数据。
但要考虑相关的应用程序是否能兼容oracle新版本。。。
就是可能有一些oracle版本变化，会导致应用程序不能正常运行。
