Operating instructions for communication between RS485 (Modbus RTU) industrial RFID reader ck-fr03-a01 and PLC Mitsubishi fx5u

1、 Instructions for use of the equipment
1.1、 Routine software and hardware description
The software and hardware used in this example are as follows :
Software | GX-Works3 Version 1.065T |
PLC | Mitsubishi FX5U |
Reader | CK-FR03-A01 |
This example mainly shows Mitsubishi FX5U And CK-FR03-A01 On going Modbus RTU signal communication , The equipment used is different , The reading and writing of relevant data will also be different , It can be adjusted according to the corresponding development instructions .
Put the card reader device A,B Line and PLC Of FX5U The ports can be connected correspondingly for communication .
Card reader device A,B Line , You can query the corresponding manual .
FX5U Need to put SDA And RDA After docking, it is connected with the card reader A Wire connection ,SDB And RDB After docking, it is connected with the card reader B Just connect the wires .
2、 Mitsubishi PLC Program

2.1、 Communication parameter configuration
