Abstract

With the development of satellite observation technology , Earth observation （Earth observation,EO） The number of satellites has increased , Satellite observation has become a necessity to understand the changes and development of the earth's environment . However , The influence of different earth observation satellite data on the present and future development trend has not been systematically studied . ad locum , We systematically summarized 15 The data impact and future development of a widely used earth observation satellite . The study found that ：

1. The literature related to land observation satellites has increased exponentially , However AVHRR,SPOT,TerraSAR The number of related articles is declining ;
2. The literatures related to land observation satellites are concentrated in a few journals ：43.79% The article was published in 13 In journals ;
3. Remote sensing impact factors （Remote Sensing Impact Factor, RSIF), A new index for measuring the impact of earth observation satellites and predicting the future application trend of data .Landsat,Sentinel,MODIS,Gaofen,WorldView It is the most influential land observation satellite mission at present ,MODIS Has the widest range of applications .
