I have always had the habit of walking , Now I walk almost every day 5 km .

 

years ago , While I was walking , Always like to listen to all kinds of things , Like audio books 、 Lecture 、 Courses and so on , In recent years, I personally feel , Walk quietly by yourself , It's good to think about your right and wrong in a day , therefore , Just don't listen to anything .

 

years ago , I prefer to fill myself , Unwilling to miss all kinds of learning opportunities , After all these years of training , I know more clearly what I should do , therefore , in recent years , I'm more inclined to subtract from myself , Gradually empty yourself , The same is true in investment .

 

Compared with previous years, walking and listening to all kinds of things , I prefer to enjoy my current state , Some of my investment ideas are also formed in the process of walking .
