第一种就是：
1 windows+R —> 输入 services.msc，
禁用sysMain（部分系统是SuperFatch）重启电脑就可以了
如果这样还不行，第二种方法
2 更改虚拟内存位置
设置》》关于》》高级系统设置
高级》》设置
高级》》更改
C盘删除虚拟内存
然后D盘添加虚拟内存（尽量大一点大概就是物理内存的大小的1.5倍）
转移虚拟内存（顺便多分一点）除了可以让你开机后运行内存占用更少，而且C盘的可用空间也变大了
