problem ：

I'm building a chat app and I want a full history off all messages ever sent in the chat conversation. I am building a chat application , I want all messages sent in a chat conversation to have a complete history .At the moment I am storing each message as a single row in a table called 'messages'. at present , I store each message as a line in a file named “messages” In the table of .I am aware that this table could grow huge as even small messages like 'Hi' would have their own database record. I know this watch may become very big , Because even like 'Hi' Such small messages also have their own database records .

Can anyone recommend a more scalable mysql solution? Who can recommend a more scalable mysql Solution ？I don't require the individual messages to be searchable, editable or deletable. I don't require a single email to be searchable , Editable or deleted .Could the whole conversation be stored in one huge field? Can the entire session be stored in a huge domain ？
