Memory concept

structure ：

Array structure , That's ok （ word ）* Column （ position ）;

The number of address bus bits is equal to the number of address lines n;

The addressing range is 2 Of n Power , And is greater than or equal to the number of rows ;

form ：

There are mainly 4 part , memory bank 、 Address decoder 、 Bus （ data / Address / control ）、 register （ data / Address ）

Reading process ：

1. Send the address to the address register through the address bus , By decoder , Choose a word ;

2. Turn on the data bus ;

3. Send a read signal through the control bus , Send the selected word to the data register , To the data bus .

Writing process ：

1. The address is delivered to the address register through the address bus , Decode by decoder , Choose a word ;

2. Turn on the data bus , Send data to the data register ;

3. Turn on the control bus , Send a write signal , Store data in memory .
