Istio is a project developed by Google, IBM, LyftThe Service Mesh (Service Mesh) framework, which is jointly open sourced, began to enter the public eye in early 2017. As an important infrastructure layer that inherits Kubernetes and connects to the Serverless architecture in the cloud-native era, its status is crucial.ServiceMesher community is one of the earliest research groups in ChinaAnd the open source community that promotes Service Mesh technology decided to integrate community resources and jointly write an open source e-book as a service mesh think tank.As a member of the editorial board and one of the lead authors, I participated in the writing of this book.
