1、 Plug in installation location

Locale
Localization

After successful installation , Just use docker Command to restart the service .

2、 Set up Chinese

1. After restart, go to the configuration page and find Locale Parameter position .
2. Default Language Set to ：zh_CN

3、 design sketch

4、 problem

4.1、 Partial Chinese , Some English information

1. Set the language to zh_US,Jenkins Switch to English .
2. restart Jenkins
3. Again, the language is set to zh_CN, Refresh it .
