I tried to configure ARP Time out . I think I should set / proc / sys / net / ipv4 / neigh / default / base_reachable_time_ms To the required timeout . however , Although I set it to 30000ms(30 second ), It still needs to be close 10 minute , This one is from ARP Delete...
