Check on settings->Editor->File Encodings Is... Set in utf-8 Format

1. First step ： find Settings
   
2. The second step ：Editor->File Encodings, Set up utf-8 Format , Finally, click Apply, stay OK sign out .（ps: Be sure to click Apply Again OK）
   
3. If the problem has not been solved at this stage , Please look down ：
   find Edit Configurations, And find Add VM options Options , Add a line of code ：-Dfile.encoding=GBK, Click application , that will do .
   Yep, Here comes magic , Run the program again , Chinese display succeeded ！
