modify excel Default encoding

In the registry editor , go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software > Microsoft> Office> [ Here is Excel edition - It may be the highest number in this folder ]> Excel> Options
Right click the right side , Then go to “ newly build ”>“ DWORD”
Name the project DefaultCPG, Then save
Right click DefaultCPG, And then choose “ modify ”
Set the cardinality to decimal
Input Excel The code displayed in the wizard （ about UTF-8, by 65001）
Click OK .
