根据MOS文档，基本步骤如下：
1 数据库参数设置：
optimizer_adaptive_features=false
2 应用补丁17204589
sh $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/adstpall.sh
sh $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/adadminsrvctl.sh start
