2 Problem description

Virtual system crash , Then force the virtual machine to shut down , Then start the virtual machine again to run the virtual system , First, the loading system is slow , Secondly, an error will be reported when the machine is started ：

Unable to change virtual machine power state: Failed to power on '/{ Virtual machine file path }

3 Cause analysis

Even if you shut down all virtual machines , The directory where the virtual system is located will also have a .vmdk.lck file , It contains the locking information of some system virtual hard disks , Because the file exists , When you run the virtual machine again , It will detect that the virtual disk has been locked , So you won't be able to access , It is impossible to change the power state .

4 Solution

Enter your virtual machine file （.vmx file ） In the directory , Right click in the blank , Open in the terminal , Force the virtual machine to stop and start 【 Reference from here 】

vmrun start {
     Your virtual machine file name }.vmx
