FileZilla server prompts 550 could not open file for reading when downloading files (illustration)

This error prompted me to study for an hour , Finally, it was found that the downloaded file was occupied by other programs , So it can not be downloaded .

terms of settlement ：

open  FileZilla Server  Management interface - Set up -Miscellaneous-Allow downloading of files which are open for writing by another process.
