The experiment platform

Platform composition

• One 1.5KW（2 horsepower ） The motor of （ On the left side of the picture ）;
• A torque sensor / Decoder （ Figure middle connection ）;
• A power tester （ On the right side of the picture ）;
• Electronic controller ( It doesn't show ) .

Bearing to be tested

• The bearing to be tested supports the rotating shaft of the motor ;
• The drive end bearing is SKF6205 , Sampling frequency is 12Khz and 48Khz;
• The fan end bearing is SKF6203 , Sampling frequency is 12Khz.

Fault setting

• The damage of bearing is the single point damage of EDM ;
• SKF The bearing is used to detect that the diameter is 0.1778、0.3556、0.5334 Mm damage ;
• NTN The bearing is used to detect the diameter 0.7112、1.016 Mm damage ;

Signal acquisition

• Because the damage position of the outer ring is relatively fixed , Therefore, the different positions of the damage point relative to the bearing load area affect the motor / The vibration response of the bearing system has a direct impact . To quantify this effect , The damage points of the outer ring of the bearing at the drive end and the fan end are placed at 3 O 'clock 、6 O 'clock 、12 Three different positions at o'clock .
• An acceleration sensor is placed above the bearing pedestal at the fan end and drive end of the motor respectively to collect the vibration acceleration signal of the faulty bearing .
• The vibration signal is generated by 16 Channel data recorder .
• Power and speed through the torque sensor / The decoder measures .
• Reinstall the machined faulty bearing into the test motor , Respectively in 0、1、2 and 3 Record the vibration acceleration signal data under the working condition of horsepower motor load condition . The normal samples obtained by the test-bed 8 individual 、 Outer ring damage sample 53 individual 、 Inner ring damage sample 23 And rolling element damage samples 11 individual .

The data file is Matlab Format . Each file contains fan and drive end vibration data , And motor speed . For all the files , Display the following items in the variable name ：

• BA - base accelerometer data Base acceleration data （ normal ）
