The problem is as above, using navicat

Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services
Find the mysql service and find that it has been started.If it is not activated, right-click to start it

View the local mysql port number

The default is 3306, as shown above.But I changed it for some reasons when I installed it here, which is also the reason for this 2002 problem.

win+R to run cmd, enter mysql -u root -p

Enter show global variables like 'port'; to view the port, pay attention to the semicolon

found that it is 3305, go back to navicat, and change the port to 3305
