find_ Detailed use guide of CIRC

First fine_circ Is in py27 function , need numpy and pysam These two libraries ,pysam I won't support it windows System , So it is recommended that linux Run under . Use the software VMWare,pycharm.

1 pysam install

Try first pip install pysam perhaps conda Instructions , If you fail , Try adding the image file once , If it still fails , Please use wheel Files installed .

2 bowtie2 and Samtools install
