表单图片上传在Chorme中无法查看请求体的二进制图片信息

请求方式
- POST
参数编码
默认enctype application/x-www-form-urlencoded 键值对的文本信息 只能发送普通的字符串不能带文件
文件上传 二进制 multipart/form-data + post 用以支持向服务器发送二进制数据 普通数据和文件数据
如果上传图片 还可以把图片转换成Base64编码的字符串 来传输图片信息
