1. Run the configuration tool

2. Interface composition
As shown in the figure above , SETP Tools are controlled by communication 、 Parameter configuration 、 Real time data consists of three areas
Communication control area ： It can complete the setting of port name and communication parameters , Connect and disconnect the data communication connection with the device , You can also observe the communication information with the device through the receiving box and the sending box .
  Parameter configuration area ： Main operation areas for parameter viewing and configuration , All operations on parameters are completed in this area .
  Real time data area ： Automatically read the working status and sensor data collected in real time inside the device and display .
3. Connect with the parameter configuration tool
VS101~VS432 The equipment is equipped with special parameter configuration tools SETP To view and modify the working parameters of the equipment .
4. Preparation before connection
（ 1） The data interface is connected to the computer
Use the standard communication line and computer RS232 Interface connection . If you need to send data based on mobile network , Please install before starting up SIM card . If it is necessary to measure the sensor , Please connect the sensor according to the interface definition before starting up .
（ 2） Connect the device power
Connect the power supply with the standard power cord , And ensure that the equipment is turned off . If the device starts automatically when it is connected to the power supply , You need to unplug and reconnect .
（ 3） Open the configuration tool SETP
function SETP.exe Program .

 

Connect the device in the upper left corner of the main interface 【 Connect 】 Select the correct port name and communication parameters in the box （ The default is 115200,N,8,1）, Click on 【 Connection port 】 Button .

Press 【 ON/OFF】 Press the key to start the machine , When SETP After receiving the version information of the device, it means SETP Tools and equipment are connected correctly .
（ 5） Enter setup mode
After the device outputs version information 3 Click within seconds 【 Parameter configuration 】 The lower half of the area 【 System 】 In panel 【 Enter setup mode 】 Button , Make the equipment enter the parameter setting working mode （ The buzzer rings once , The operation indicator flashes quickly ）. Parameter reading and modification
The parameter configuration area of the configuration tool lists all parameter items related to equipment operation , Each parameter item has 【 Read 】 and 【 modify 】 Two buttons , Click on 【 Read 】 Button to get the current parameter value of the device , Click on 【 Set up 】 Button to write the value displayed in the current interface to the device .

Real time data reading
Click on 【 Real time data area 】 Of 【 Auto read 】 Check box , The configuration tool automatically sends data reading instructions to the device , And update the real-time data returned by the device to this area for display .

Create instruction configuration file PARSCMD$.txt, Add... To the file $ Instructions , Each instruction occupies one line .
