Scaffolding installation

1. Enter cmd in the file path

2. Enter in the cmd command: npm i @vue/cli -g (it takes a long time and needs to wait)

3. Enter vue -V to check the vuecli scaffolding version (the version number appears to indicate successful installation)

4. Enter the vue create project name (the following pops up to indicate success)

5. You can press the up and down keys of the keyboard to select, select vue2 (default vue2) and press Enter directly

6. Enter cd project name to open the folder where the project is located

7. After entering, enter npm run serve to start the project
