Implement vs to run only one source file at a time

Method ：
Select this xxx.cpp file , Select in the navigation bar 【 project 】, Choose... From the drop-down menu 【 Exclude... From the project 】, This file can be set as miscellaneous file .
If you want to rerun the file later , Click on 【 file 】, choice 【 take xxx.cpp move 】 Choose your own project that will do .
