Ctrl+shift+down :choose the blow row

then ctrl+c to copy them

then choose the position where you want to put them

then Ctrl+v to paste the row contents into the cell

click one original cell,then double click Format Painter,then choose the first cell you want to change the format into the same as original,then drop down to the end of this row,now all the cell in this row have the same format as the original.
