Project name : Range hood based on single chip microcomputer -GSM Board design
Single chip microcomputer :STC89C52
Function introduction :
1、 adopt MQ-2 The smoke sensor detects the smoke concentration in the kitchen , If the smoke concentration is less than the set minimum threshold , The fan of the range hood does not work ;
2、 If the smoke concentration is between the upper and lower threshold values , The fan turns at a low speed ; If the smoke concentration is greater than the set maximum threshold , High speed fan rotation ;
3、 adopt DS18B20 Check the temperature , If the temperature is above the set maximum threshold , The fire suppression relay is closed , Start putting out the fire , And pass GSM Send a text message ;
4、 The fan rotation is controlled by a DC motor ;
5、 Control the fire extinguishing device through the relay ;
6、 Alarm through buzzer ;
7、 Press the key to set the upper and lower limit of smoke concentration , Maximum temperature , Switch to manual 、 Automatic status , Adjust the fan speed ;
8、 Display the temperature value through the display , Smoke concentration value , Fan status

This design is based on STC89C52 Single chip microcomputer is the core controller , Together with other modules, it forms the whole system of the range hood , It contains the central control part 、 Input part and output part . The central control part adopts STC89C52 Single chip microcomputer , Its main function is to obtain the input data , After internal treatment , Control output section . The input consists of four parts , The first part is DS18B20 Temperature measurement module , The module can detect the current temperature ; The second part is MQ-2 Smoke sensor and ADC0832 Smoke detection module composed of , The module can detect the current smoke concentration ; The third part is the independent key , Switch the interface through three independent keys 、 Switch mode 、 Adjust the motor speed 、 Set smoke concentration threshold 、 Set the maximum temperature . The fourth part is the power supply circuit , Supply power to the whole system . The output consists of six parts , The first part is LCD1602 Display module , The module can display the smoke concentration 、 Motor status 、 temperature 、 Pattern 、 Smoke concentration threshold 、 Maximum temperature ; The second part is LED The lamp , There are key control switches ; The third part is the relay , When the temperature is greater than the maximum temperature , The relay is closed ; The fourth part is MX1508 DC motor drive module , The speed of the motor is controlled by this module ; The fifth part is the buzzer , When the temperature is greater than the maximum temperature , Then the buzzer will give an alarm ; The sixth part is GSM modular , When the temperature is greater than the maximum temperature , Send SMS alarm information .
