Applications notes：EliKine Human Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) ELISA Kit employs a double antibody sandwich method to quantitate Human AFP in samples. An antibody specific for Human AFP has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any Human AFP present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated antibody specific for Human AFP is added to the wells. After washing, remove any unbound HRP-conjugated antibody reagent, adding HRP Substrate (TMB), TMB turns blue under the catalysis of HRP, and turns yellow after adding stop solution. Measure the OD value with a microplate reader at 450 nm wavelength. The Human Alpha Fetoprotein (AFP) concentration is proportional to the OD450 nm value.

使用中注意事项：

1. 如果 Sample Diluent (5×)和 Assay Buffer (5×)出现颜色变黄，少量沉淀等现象，是因为试剂中含有血清导致，离心去掉沉淀即可，不影响正常使用。

2. 不同批次号、不同厂家之间的组分不要混用；否则，可能导致结果异常。

3. 勤换吸头，避免各组分之间的交叉污染。

4. 为确保准确的结果，在孵育步骤中必须正确粘附板贴。

5. Stop Solution 有一定的腐蚀性，操作时请做好防护措施。
