AutoCAD -- Method of calculating area

CAD There are two ways to calculate the area .

Method 1

1. Enter the command to calculate the perimeter of the area “AREA”（ Shortcut key ：AA）, Press the space bar .

2. According to the prompt , Specify the first corner , Next corner , Until the last corner , After selection , Press the space bar , The area and perimeter measurement are completed .

3. If the object for calculating the perimeter of the area is a region , Then input. “AA”, Space , According to the prompt , Input object instructions “O”, Space , Click the left mouse button , Select the filled region , Measurement complete . If it is a polyline , Click the polyline with the left mouse button , Measurement complete .

Method 2

4. Enter the closing command “BOUNDARY”（ Shortcut key ：BO）, Space twice , Pick any point inside the area to be measured , Create a closed polyline .

5. Select polyline , Enter the command “LIST”（ Shortcut key ：LI）, Space bar , The measurement command is completed .
