OpenGL绘制shp文件的思路
1.在打开shp文件后读取使用shapelib库读取shp文件，具体是将所有坐标点都读取出来放到一个数组，然后重设三维场景，具体是将视口设置为窗口范围，创建一个正交平行的视景体。
2.根据坐标点绘制矢量图形。
