Amperon IPO meeting: annual revenue of 500 million Tongchuang Weiye and China Mobile Innovation are shareholders

Shenzhen Amperon Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: "Amperon") recently had an IPO meeting.

Amperon plans to raise 494 million yuan, of which 394 million yuan will be used for the Amperon Smart Sensor Industrial Park project, and 100 million yuan will be used to supplement working capital projects.

500 million annual revenue

Amperon is a company specializing in the research, production and sales of PTC thermistors, NTC thermistors, temperature sensors, ceramic capacitive pressure sensors, and oxygen sensors.The company has production bases in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Hunan.

Amperon's revenue in 2019, 2020, and 2021 were 350 million yuan, 418 million yuan, and 500 million yuan, respectively; net profits were 27.2357 million yuan, 60.1076 million yuan,52.5958 million yuan.

During the reporting period, the gross profit of Amperon's sales to Green Mountain Coffee OEM accounted for 5.52%, 21.42% and 27.05% of the gross profit of the main business, respectively.

During the reporting period, the amount of government subsidies in the company's other income was 3.8434 million, 6.1713 million and 8.1205 million respectively, accounting for 12.38%, 9.11% and14.52%.

At the end of each period of the reporting period, the company's accounts receivable balances were 110 million yuan, 130 million yuan and 150 million yuan respectively.The company's main customers are domestic and foreign manufacturers of well-known companies or brands in the fields of home appliances, communications, industrial control, automobiles, and medical care.

Amperon's revenue in the first quarter of 2022 was 120 million yuan, an increase of 5.03% from 115 million yuan in the same period last year; net profit was 21.9586 million yuan, compared with 115 million yuan in the same period last year10.6077 million yuan increased by 107%; net profit after non-deduction was 15.0622 million yuan, an increase of 44.77% compared with 10.4 million yuan in the same period of the previous year.

Tongchuang Weiye and China Mobile Innovation are shareholders

Before the IPO, Wu Ruojun directly held 42.2238% of the company's shares and controlled 7.5219% of the company's shares through SWISS Investment. He directly held and indirectly controlled a total of 49.7457% of the company's shares., and serve as the company's chairman and general manager; Li Li and Wu Ruojun are husband and wife, directly holding 3.9824% of the company's shares, and serve as the company's director and warehouse logistics center manager.

In summary, Wu Ruojun and Li Li directly hold and indirectly control a total of 53.7281% of the company's shares, and are the company's (joint) actual controllers.

Changying Investment holds 12.8883%, Nanhai Growth holds 8.1445%, Li Xuejing holds 6.578%, Tongchuang Weiye holds 3.0733%, and Chuangdongfang Fuluo holdsShares are 2.7144%, and Xibo No.3 holds 2.6945%;

China Mobile Innovation holds 2.6549%, Li Lu holds 2.4166%, Chen Xuming holds 2.149%, Baoteng Venture Capital and High-tech Venture Capital hold 0.9735% respectively, Gao Guoliang holds 0.8055% of the shares.

After the IPO, Wu Ruojun directly held 31.6678%, Changying Investment held 9.6663%, Nanhai Growth held 6.1084%, and Swissair Investment held 5.6414%;

Li Xuejing holds 4.9335%, Li Li holds 2.9868%, Tongchuang Weiye holds 2.305%, Chuangdong Furao holds 2.0358%, Xibo No.3The shareholding is 2.0209%;

China Mobile Innovation holds 1.9912%, Li Lu holds 1.8124%, Chen Xuming holds 1.6118%, Baoteng Venture Capital and High-tech Venture Capital hold 0.7301% respectively, Gao Guoliang holds 0.6041% of the shares.
