There are many ways to solve this problem , Formula functions and VBA Fine , But I don't PASS…… I will only introduce a simple and crude method to you .

Insert a new column next to the contents that need to be arranged in reverse order （ The leftmost, rightmost or any position is OK ）, We first call it “ Auxiliary column ”, In this case A Column .

Find the cell corresponding to the first row of the contents to be sorted in the auxiliary column , In this case A2 Cell , Enter a number in this cell 1, Enter and continue to enter the number down 2, Then select A2 and A3 Two cells , Double click or drag A3 The filling handle of the cell is filled down to the last row of the contents to be sorted .PS： What is the filling handle ？ ok , Popularize it , It is the one that appears when the mouse moves to the lower right corner of the cell “ plus ” A shapeless thing , In this example, select A2 and A3 Double click later A3 The filling handle of the cell is OK .


Select all the contents in the auxiliary column and the contents to be sorted , Find in the toolbar above “ data ”, Click to find... Below “ Sort ”, Click again , In the pop-up dialog box, select the column number with the main keyword as the auxiliary column （ In this case A Column ）、 Sort by “ The number ”, The order is “ Descending ”, Then make sure , You can get the data arranged in reverse order .PS： If you just want to copy the arranged data without saving , At this point, it will be finished .


Finally, delete the auxiliary column and you are done
